Have a customer who has recently been getting email on a ‘hit or miss’ basis. Some mail comes in no problem, other mail that USED to have no problem is not getting through. The sender gets nothing bounced back, the GWAVA spam protection (which I have also tried while shut down)has no log or anything blocked from that address. If I send TEST mail, no problem, others send TEST mail, no problem. ISP has DNS resets every 30 minutes. I have scanned BOTH PO’s, no virus. I have done domain rebuilds DNS reset etc. SOME mail still doesn’t get through and it used to.
I am wondering if it is being intercepted somehow, and if so, why only SOME mail?
Has ANYONE seen anything similar or have any ideas as to where to turn next?
