Has anyone seen this popup?

We cannot get past it
Dell Internal use only it gives 3 options
1. BT Disabled
2. WLAN ID Indonesia
3. Enable China HDD Protection

This looks like a BIOS message.
BT, by the way, is Bluetooth .And Indonesia and China don’t look as anything shown in the average Dell machine in the USA.

See if anything from https://www.google.com/search?q=%22Dell+Internal+use+only%22 is applicable and helps.

If no luck, contact Dell customer service. Have your service tag ready, and know how to answer the question what happened just before, like “I worked normally on it yesterday and shut down and now I get this” or “I replaced the hard disk and now I get this” or whatever you last did on this machine.

They know what to do.
