Where can I get some diagnostic software to trouble shoot hardware and software on computers?

There are many, many tools for this (just search on Google or Yahoo) or a download site like TuCows.

Your Needs and budget will certainly determine what's right for you.

That said, two tools I would hate to be without is Norton Systemworks and SiSoft Sandra.

If you'd like to take a look at those go to:

http://www.symantec.com/product/
(select Systemworks 2002)

http://www.sisoftware.co.uk/sandra

make sure to delete any spaces in these URLs.

Go on with no.1 take a search to net.......you can find so much....

I have a tip for you, know that hardware manufacturer. and go to their website, at the download page, there may be available diagnostic tools.

For example..
Hard Disk >seagate
www.seagate.com
SeaTools

Also try to get AMIDiag v1.00 Build 1215 at
http://www.ami.com/support/dlcenter/AMIDIAGWINDEMO0205.zip

(remove space)
