i am supporting a small company, and always i use logmein software (www.logmein.com) to support the PCs remotely. so i have two questions concerning the remote support:
(1) sometimes i want to access to the company’s PCs to do some maintenance such disk cleanup or install a requested software when their users left or finish work. unfortunately i found the target PC was switched off. therefore i wonder if i could power the PC on using the Wake-On-Lan “WOL” option which are supported on the PCs.
(2)as i mentioned above i am using logmein the free version which is not working in the company’s server (windows 2003), so i am looking for a free software that enable me to support the servers remotely
