I’m getting this on occasion running a DB app on a network server. The app is NOAH and is a hearing aid/audiology fitting program… industry standard for this field. I’ve seen this happen with other DB apps (notably one written on SyBase-shudder). The error locks the program, and have to end-task, which I hate doing on DB apps. Has anybody else run into it? Causes? Solutions?
