I have established a prinmary server group which manage other 9 secondary server groups upcountry using Syamntec Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition. The primary server group have diffrenet IP address with the other server groups located upcountry but all of them are PING each other. The primary server group receive its daily virus definitions using LIVE Updates and is suppose to distribute to other 09 server groups which manages more than 500 computers. Unfortunately Definitions download failed (From primary server to Secondary servers) and I do not know what is the exactly cause of problem. Could you asist please?
Error message: Syamantec Antivirus couold not communicate with the selected computer.
Remember: All server groups PING each other.
