I'm unimpressed with Symantec Endpoint v11. My opinion: Its a serious memory hog, its presumes it take priorityover everything, and its automatic defination updating leaves a lot to be desired. Needless to say with such a dismal opinion I'm not renewing the software.
My question here is what is the best practice for uninstalling Symantec Endpoint v11 on the server and workstations?
In the past I've witnessed nightmares trying to remove the Corporate or Enterprise Editons. Does anyone have a sure and thorough way to remove Endpoint v11?

Hi, we use SEP v11 build 2224 and it works fine if configured right. We had build 1375 and it was ****. For a smooth removal use the norton removal tool after uninstalling manually on the clients. I wouldn't know on a server since I've not done it before but it should be staright forward. The removal tool can be found on the symantec website for download.
We have it in use for 300 people and it works fine.
