Sync Pendragon forms over the Internet

I am using a Treo 650 to sync pendragon forms withe a pendragon syncserver 4.0 over a GSM network. Although the pendragon syncserver logs indicates that the sync was sucessful, no records are being updated in the access database. Any clue why? would appreciate any help
