I have upgraded the processor and RAM on my Win.2000 Pro. computer.
Was AMD Athlon 1.4gb and 916mb SDRAM, now 2gb XP and 1.3gb SDRAM
Since upgrading, the problem is that when working on images in Photoshop 7 the computer sometimes crashes and reboots or locks up.
It seems to be ok when number crunching, such as resizing photographs or rotatng several images with “Actions” but crashes when doing anything with graphics such as aurbrushing with the “Rubber Stamp” tool.
Adobe Support, suggested that I change the Graphics Card, but to no avail.
Please help.
