I’d installed a Netgear Network card into a HP Pavilion 6350, now my system freezes whenever I can get it to boot up. I’ve tried uninstalling the NIC card (gone thru device manager and removed it), but I’m still having problems with the system freezing and locking up. The only way I can shut down the computer is thru turning it off or unplugging it, so now during the scandisk, the computer freezes. I went on HP’s website and it suggested a driver or IRQ conflict. What have I done and how can I correct this madness the machine won’t stay up!!!
Can anyone tell me what this mean? I’ve searched TechNet and I’m getting but this particular 0023:C007DFD3 number:
Fatal exception OE has occured at 0023:C007DFD3 in VxD VDD (01) + 0000119B.
Also there is critical information on this system, if I can’t get it working, how can I get to/save this data?
