    Task manager shows a 168kb file received every 15 seconds

    I unplugged other hard drives then reformatted and reinstalled windows and the second I plug the ethernet cable in, the 168kb file starts showing up exactly every 15 seconds. It’s often noticeable when browsing or gaming.
