When I have multiple programs running and I select a different window button on the taskbar, my machine stops for anything up to 10 seconds. When this happens, both the button denoting my current window and button denoting the selected window remain depressed. After 5 – 10 seconds my selected window appears.
Is this a possible memory problem ?
