I'm trying to setup a port so I can run a server. I'm using a Minecraft server as a test run as I can start/stop it quickly. I have the correct port in my router control panel, I've added exceptions in the firewall, and I can connect to the port via telnet, but when I go to a site that checks if the port is open, it always says connection refused.
My router is a Linksys WRT54G2 and I'm running Windows 10 with no extra AV software.

TCP Port is open and I can connect to it with telnet, not anyone else
