Can someone from TechRepublic can answer these question please?
1. I understand TechBooks are supposed to be updated every 90 days but I don’t see any new books added to the existing ones in this 2K3 yet?
2. I suggest to add on Techbooks some troubleshooting/service books for laptops, notebooks and palmtops (PDAs) please. All the existing Techbooks on Hardware/PCs talk mostly on Desktops only and same stuff is repeated in all those books. Nothing covering Laptops (troubleshooting, tips, architecture, service, repair, replacing major components) in detail.
3. TechProGuild recommends to buy Printed books which are not only bulky but the shipping and handling costs much more than the book itself to this part of the world. E-books on CDs would be cheaper in cost and S&H but all those books are not available in CD. TechBooks should add electronic versions so that we can atleast download by online payment.
