I am a 21 year veteran or the IT and Telecom community. Over the past 12 years my focus has been in the IT arena as a senior manager. I would like to update/upgrade my telecom skills specifically inthe area of local and long distance circuit designs. Can anyone lead me to a “great” resource to do this? Any training resource would be acceptable to me.
