I have win2k server where its drives are mapped to users as network drive. I had restricted users not to delete or rename any file on network drive by unchecking modify option from the file permission, but the problem is that whenever users create any word or excel file the temp file gets created on server.Even if sure try to make changes and save the same it again creats the temp files.So whenever they save existing file new temp files gets created.Is there any solution to resolve this problem
