terminal services frozen

By compusonic01 ·
We are having a serious problem with terminal services on windows 2003.The domain controllers work OK for several days.Suddenly they stop functioning. We cannot log in via RDP and we got only a gray screen.Sometimes the RPC server unavailable message appears.I f we manage to log in than the dcdiag reveals that the NTRS service cannot share the sysvol folder. The network card is pingable from the outside. This happens inside our network.Sometimes the spoolsvc is causing errors. We are suspecting the spoolsvc for causing this behaviour of the terminal services.

I hope that you figured it out by now, but for anyone else that needs it in the future.

Man, you may have just saved my butt... we have a number of servers that are having this problem and the issue is affecting our POS systems.

I really hope this does the trick because even microsoft has pulled the plug on the support ticket... odd hey...
