Terminal Services Manager Not Displaying Connected Users

One of our terminal servers has stopped displaying connected users in terminal services manager. The manager will show the console session and my personal session but not a regular user even if I open a user session from my local machine. Users are able to connect to the server and work normally. We have 10 others that are working correctly. Thanks in advance for the help.
