I have a user who has a laptop with Outlook 2003. We have an Exchange email server. There are Conference Room calendars that this user would like to see. He can view those calendars intermittently; sometimes he can see all of them; other times he can see one or two and gets the ?The calendar folder could not be found.? message when trying to open the others. The problem seems to be completely random and intermittent; there is no consistency other than that the “norm” is for him to not being able to see one or more of the [shard] calendars. This is getting very frustrating for both the user and myself as the support person! I have done searches on Google and Microsoft [Knowledge Base] and haven’t found anything that really helps. HELP!!!
