Thin clients and thin tablets

I am using both Wyse thin clients and now WebDT 360 tablets in our facility. In the last couple of months we have started the deployment of the tablets which have embedded XP on them to the shop floor. We have 4 servers running Windows 2000 Server and did not have trouble until we started the tablet deployment. Does anyone know what could be causing the servers once they get so many published applications connected to it then they stop accepting logins. We have plenty of citrix licenses so I know this is not the problem. Anyone who can guide in what can be causing my heartburn?

windows terminal services licenses. They are unique from you citrix licenses I believe. Or someone could have set up a max connections somewhere, like during the install of Windows Server. Have you checked the event logs on the servers? What’s the exact error? When it happens can you still RDP to all of the servers?
