This is rather odd....

Ok, so I have a client that has a windows server 2003 DC with 5 workstations attached to the domain all running XP pro. Today, one of the workstations could not connect to any shares on the server. If you input the username and password for the share as requested, it would fail with no error, simply another login box with username changed to computername\username and a blank password box. Thinking this to be a AD issue, I attempted to login to the share as the administrator which failed in the same manner and simply popped up another login box with Central\administrator in the username box.
After several failed attempts, I decided to try to map a new drive, which I was able to do without issue and thusly had access to all of the original shares. I could map the drive and reconnect using both the administrator and the other user.
Upon logoff, all shares were obviously disconnected, and in order to reconnect them you had to repeat the above drivemapping process. This was the case whether logging in to the local computer and attempting to connect to the share, as well as logging in to the domain on the workstation.
Any ideas? No other issues on any other workstation at all.
Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
