Does anyone know of a software or hardware solution that would help me with the following situation?
We are in a contractual relationship with a company in the same building as us–our computer rooms would be no more than 30 meters from each other. We will provide the other company Web access through our T1, however, we would like to be able to throttle their use of http traffic. We have to have fast access to a couple of their servers, so we cannot just throttle the whole connection.
