Hi,
I have a website which has video on it in three different bandwith formats – 512, 150 and 48. I have a 512kbps DSL line.
I wanted to know if there was any way to temporarily reduce the speed of my ISP to test the download times on different speeds.
Otherwise i would have to get myself a dialup line and a 128kbps broadband connection.
Possible?
