I have a new brand Toshiba Satellite 6100 series Laptop but when I turn it on It displays TOSHIBA and a series of discontinued lines or sometimes dots whenever I try to enter BIOS setup I am not able to read the information because It displays funnycharacters or sometimes normal characters but are not clear I tried to connect to a CRT screen to make sure that Its not a problem of the TFT screen but finally the computer continued to display the same thing.
So what can I do to solve the problem
