Trashed Fat with HP devices and Netscape
I have been fighting with a Windows 95B system since Jan. I have managed to identify the programs that are "fighting" but can't resolve the conflict. System is on a 5 station peer to peer network using a 3Com NIC. It has HP scanner and 4000TN running jetadmin. This configuration has been working for over 18 months. First problem to show up was that the printer was not recognized. A reboot would fix that one but it did not stop there. The only thing that had changed was an upgrade from Netscape 4.5 to 4.7 (currently it has 4.73). This would happen every time Netscape was opened more than twice to check email without rebooting the machine. Within a week a reboot would produce .vxd errors for Netscape. Once into Windows, a check of the HD would show no files there. I ran scandisk and it found e
