Hi,
I’m new undergraduate from business IT (major in IS). Prev i have some short-term experienced in System Admin. It more on technical support.
However, Technical support roles seem no longer play critic roles in this 20th century. A lot company outsource IT support and one-man-show/multi-task to support whole organisation IT. In other way, i saw Software development groom very fast recent years.
Too bad, i dont like programming neither . I prefer technical support. While i saw some technical job advertisement, it really hold me back. They require skill like, unix knowledge, window assembly, ms exchange, email, network, server, some programming knowledge and soft skill.
I dont seek myself qualify to apply because of too fresh and there not much application response since the day i applied.
I’m worry for my career or should i turn to software develop even i dot interest?? Or should i lower down myself to go for IT technician job??
Appreciate any advice best to start my career point.
