We have Action On Hold software (recorded message when people are on hold on the phone)that ran fine on Server 2003 but when it is installed on Server 2008 the GUI doesn’t display to allow me to configure it and the CPU usage sits at 25% in task manager.
I have tried running it at different compatibility levels and as Administrator but the problem is still the same.
Strange thing is that it runs fine if installed on Vista Windows 7 but I need it to run on the server.Server is fully updated.
Can anyone offer any solutions please?
