Troubleshooting Outlook 200

I have a user that I converted into workgroup mode/instead of POP3 she is on advanced server. I imported her .pst file and she says that some emails are missing is there any way to recover those emails or find them in the .pst. I have used the scanpst.exe to repair the .pst but it does not seem to recover them. Please help.

missing emails were sent.

Also when you export her PST file did you make sure that the include subfolders was checked?
