I am using two forests to separate my external and internal domains in windows server 2003 (i.e. mycompany.com and mycompany.local).
Can someone please tell me if it’s necessary to place a one way trust from mycompany.com to mycompany.local. If so, what steps do I need to set up my internal and external DNS servers properly?
Currently I am forwarding all internal DNS requrests to the external DNS server, but for the external DNS server I am not sure which of the stub zone or conditional forwarding should be used?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
