Trying to hook up to additional PC at remote location w/ PC Anywhere

I had a PC hooked up to another PC in a remote location using PC anywhere. We installed an additional PC at the remote location using a router with a static IP Address. We can still hook up to the first PC using PCAnywhere but cannot hook up to the 2nd PC-which we need because it has camera’s? Any ideas?? Thanks!
