I have an ATI Radeon 7200 w/ TV out. I have the SVid cable plugged into my tv. I am able to get a picture just fine. But when I try to run a dvd or any video file regardless of where it’s located (on the cd-rom, dvd-rom, or my hdd) the picture is only able to be displayed on my monitor. I’ve turned off my monitor and tried playing it with only the tv on, and I still get no picture in the player (windvd, powerdvd, or media player). Everything is updated and current. I’ve tried turning down the hardware acceleration, and rebooting w/o the monitor connected. I just can’t get the movie to display.
