There are potential problems with WiFi Connections.

The real issues generally revolve around the actual WiFi Drivers for the Wireless Connection that is part of the computer or a plug in Dongle.

You need to find the right drivers for your computers WiFi device as a first option.

How is the access point used?

by gunnarh In reply to Ubuntu with Wireless Acce ...

The access point could be used in a lot of different ways:
AP Client
PtP Bridge
PtMP Bridge

To be able to discuss your problem it is necessary to describe what way you use your access point. Have you discussed it with your supplier?
