Unable to access Citrix server

By gmoe13 ·
I'm unable to access a Citrix server located on a different subnet from the client machine requesting the Citrix server. THe client can't ping the web address or IP address. I ca access the site to load the citrix client, download is fine, but when I access the secure site I get an error:"There is no Citrix SSL server configured on the specified address".
I can't ping the Citrix IP without request timed out error.
Any tips where to start?

More details, please. What version of Citrix? Are you using NFuse or direct client access? Are all of the services enabled and on?

Are there any ACLs between the two subnets blocking TCP 1494, or SSL?

Thanks,
R

I'm closing due to the fact I'm not at the network side to get detail information about ports or network servers which is required to further troubleshoot.
