Windows 2003 server. IIS Manager. Right click Application Pool – select New.. Application Pool. Type in name and click OK. Nothing happens when clicking OK. The box just stays there. It’s like it doesn’t register that OK was clicked. Rebooting the machine doesn’t help, either. Confirmed that the user is not selecting a name already in use, etc.
