I am having problems in autocreating printers when we try to connect the Citrix presentation server 4.0 through ICA client 32( window client). When ever we connect to the server thorough ICA client, an error occurs “Event ID:1116 Printer autocreation failure: Add printer () failed with status 0x5” .
I have studied each and every article present on the knowledge base related to this issue like CTX 10738, CTX 106683 and CTX 106393 and have implemented all the appropriate solutions, but the error and problem are still there. This problem only arises while using ICA client, as there is no such issue when we get connect through Remote Desktop Connection.
