We have a HP LaserJet 4 Plus printer that is connected to a Novell 5.1 network. For some reason, we are not able to print to it anymore. It has a static IP address and we can ping it. But when we print to it, the job is sent to the queue and justsits there.
I’ve tried deleting the printer, print queue, and print server and recreated it with no luck. I’ve reinitialized the JetDirect card and restarted the printer as well. But we still can’t print to the printer.
What can be wrong? Anysuggestions? Thanks.
