I’ve installed exchange server 2003 on windows server 2003 sp2, and created users and mailboxes, I was easily able to send emails in the internal organization but unable to send or receive any external message, the delivery notification is ( Delay ). i have set the A and MX records in addition to the forward DNS zone. Can anyone help me up in this issue ?
