I have a windows xp laptop trying to shadow a session while connected to citrix metaframe for windows nt 4.0 terminal server. For some reason, the shadow option is greyed out when i right-click on the user to take control. If I hook up another laptop that is running windows 2000 pro, i am able to shadow the session without problems. Is there any issues with xp and citrix for windows nt 4.0 terminal serv. edition? I know there are issues with resolution settings but i have tried all different settings to match the host and the client coming in, and still no luck.
