Hi,
I am working as network executive. I have problem in accessing the ftp even though the relevant policy has been added to the firewall. Also I had mentioned DNS of ISP in node & open the DNS port on firewall. When I tried to access the ftp it ask me for the user id & password & then it tries to retrive the content of the site but its taking much time & till that time its giving the error of time out. Please help me to resolve this problem.
