unblocking websites

hi my husband has blocked a site on the server and i need to get to it?

any help would be appreciated?

man where i work they blocked all social networks sites so i use freegate that change my domain proxy

Most probably an entry in the "hosts file"

"System folder/system32/drivers/hosts
needs to be opened with notepad, if vista or win7 you need to right click on Notpads shortcut and choose "run as administrator" choose 'All files" in the file type dialogue and browse to the above address.
search for the url of the blocked site and hash it out or remove it.
