We have a brand new (3 months old) Dell Optiplex GX 150, running W2k and connected to our company LAN. We use Netscape 4.75 for e-mail and browsing. The computer randomly shuts down and reboots when clicking on a hyperlink. No web sight in particular, just random. I uninstalled Netscape 4.7 and installed 6.0. Same problem. We uninstalled 6.0 and started using Internet Explorer. Same problem. It seems to happen at least 3-4 times a day and is a real problem if I have other files I’m working on open.
