Hello – This question has two parts.
– Before installing a new virus protection software (Norton Corporate) an attempt was made to uninstall the older version. Upon installing the newer version the PC indicates that the realtime processing could not start. However this was part of the older Norton antivirus. Attempts to uninstall this have failed including several attempts using a registry utility and a disk cleaner.
– The older Norton virus icon now starts Window Explore.
