Unregistering DLLs in Windows XP

Can anyone provide me with instructions on how to unregister DLL files in Windows XP Home Edition? I don't know too much about the registry but need to unregister some dlls as part of a manual removal of malware process.

Start, Run, in the Run command line type:

regsvr32 /u example.dll

You may have to enter the dll file name including the path. Here is an example of the Nem variant malware removal:

regsvr32 /u c:\windows\system\nem214.dll
