I have attached a copy of my last email to Nuance (Word – PDF Converter 5). I really could not care abount the funds but the principle that American Companies just know they can get away with Murder or think they can.

Dear Tina G,
Thank you for your email. These are obviously your final words on the matter but not for me. Wait there’s more ! I have considered the plight of those who buy from Software Companies like yours and never see what they pay for. This in law is “Fraud by Deception” and taken to it’s ultimate conclusion “Theft”.
What your Company has done is breached its contract with me to send me a backup disc. I ordered it, I paid for it and it did not arrive as promised, then your Company has breached their contract with me. Your Company did not follow up and was unobtainable 24/7 to discuss the matter and has shown no “Duty of Care”. I do not want at this time to go incurring costs of filing the suit and the suit being filed in the U.S. Small Claims Courts. No I feel it be a far better idea for me to tell of my experiences to all the Universities (Worldwide) some I know intermately and offer a refund to any Student or Division, a complete replacement of any Nuance Software with another similar Software (free of charge). All returned Nuance Software to me will be crushed and witnessed by a Q.C.
Yours sincerely,
Michael Clarke
