I need to update multiple bad drivers and ports that are using the HP Port Monitor. The HP port monitor is a resource hog and is crap. The drivers are old PCL6 ones. Either way when I change a driver the users are impacted and need to delete the old printer including the driver files File > Server > Drivers Tab (delete from here). I know there’s a file I can delete that’s like a cache for the driver info that is downloaded by network users but don’t remember what it is. HELP!
