That seems to be a professional device, priced at thousands of USD. So surely Cisco tech service will be happy to help you.

Be sure you can tell them where you got the update files from, how you try to update and what error you get.

Only if he paid extra for a service contract. Cisco sucks, that’s why we moved to Juniper.
