What make/model motherboard and what type of video interface does it use? What is your budget? Was the previous video card sufficient or do you want to upgrade it to something more powerful? Do you know what the wattage of the PSU (Power Supply Unit) is and how many watts are currently in use?

When I upgraded to the RTX 3070 the Cooler Master 850W at 2 years old had to be replaced. I used a new 1,000 Watt PSU because on 850W I would get hard to pin down BSODs and lockups.

I’m fortunate to have been involved in PC repair and diagnosis to know the signs of a too small or old PSU.

The 850 Watt PSU and the GTX 1660. I can’t guess why you would select a small 650 Watt PSU. Sounds too small if you want the PC to last a few years.
