I have a webcam and a modem connected to the USB port and occasionally connect my digital camera also. The modem causes no problem but using the webcam or the camera connector shuts down windows and restarts with the improper shut down scan program. I have tried reinstalling the relevant software without success..any suggestions? I am a newbie so please…no techy jargon!
