'as for copy of undeliverable report and exact email addresses with problem.
how big is this file? might be hitting attachment size restriction.
also, everybody is quickly reacting to new virus infested zip files. filtering them out of company emails. perhaps you are seeing that. try resending yourself with the zip file renamed file.zix. have recepient rename it back to file.zip when received"

Whats the procedure for renaming it?

A zip file has a dot zip file extention therefore the file will be named something like test.zip
When you create a Powerpoint presentations they have a .ppt file extention.
If you have a powerpoint presentation and want to send it through e-mail server that has zip files blocked then do the following.

1 -You can either highlight the document and right click and then select rename and rename test.zip to test.doc

2 - you can also again right click the zipped file and do opens with an select to open the zipped file with another application rather than with Winzip.

Bear in mind that the person receiving the e-mail will need to carry out in reverse what you have done.
Therfore if you right clicked and the document and renamed test.zip to test.doc when they receive the mail they will need to change it back by right clicking and renaming it back to test.zip

Ask your Administrator if you are allowed .zIp files through the mail and also how many MB of mail the mail serv will accept.
In most cases there is normally a 1-5MB restriction put in place.
