How to burn a cd which has already burnt but still have some space

If the disk was closed when it was burned, you cannot access the rest of the disk.

Closing the disk locks the file table on the disk and no changes or new entries can be made.

If the disk in question is a true CD-ROM, these are usually printed and pressed. The layer of material that the laser on a CD burner affects is not present.

You cannot burn to a CD-ROM disk at all.

If you burn a CD-R disk and close the session, but leave the CD open, you can go back and add another session to the disk as long as:

1. You use the same burning software.

2. The total data for the file table from all sessions does not exceed the available file table area.
